Weather at the MMNSC

Link to the weather station on top of Hungry Hill just west of Houston.   The next best thing to our own weather station.

Day Passes may be purchased either at the day lodge using the self service payment system or by buying a pass at Country Wide Printing & Stationary in Houston.  

2010-11 Trail Pass Information

Family:  $20

Adult: $10

Senior:  $5

Student (6-18yrs): $5

Child (5yrs and under):  Free

The MMNSC has a ski rental service for people who do not have skis.   The cost is $6 for a complete set of skis, poles, and boots.   Individual items are $2 each.   The payment is to be included with your day pass payment.   The ski rentals are located within the day lodge.   The ski library inventory can be viewed by clicking the following link: Ski Library

The day lodge is generally locked unless members are skiing.   If you need access to the day lodge, a key can be borrowed for a day with the purchase of a day pass at Country Wide Printing & Stationary  for a returnable deposit of $10.  Keys are not available for purchase by non-members.

Trail Day Pass Instructions

1. All trail day users are required to have a day pass clearly visible and filled out as per these instructions.   This includes children 5 years and under.

2. Take an envelope from the desk, fill in the necessary information.

3. All users must sign the envelope.   Parents sign for children.

4. Place the fee(s) in the envelope, seal and then deposit in the slot by the day lodge door.

5. On each day pass put today’s date on.

6. Attach a wire to your clothing and then apply the day pass.

7. Enjoy your Ski
